The rooms are simple yet chic in décor, well lit and boast mod cons such as a safe, air conditioning, hair dryer and mini-bar. All rooms are doubles; however some are slightly larger and can fit an extra bed or cot for children. With such breath-taking surrounds, the team have made sure that all the balconies to both the front and rear are spacious and comfortable and boast incredible views of the salt fields and beautiful scenery of Salinas National Park.
Hailed as one of the best located boutique hotels on island, the hotel is situated directly behind the dunes of infamous Salinas beach. A kilometer of white sand big enough to play host to a whole spectrum of beach pursuits from sailing to family picnics right through to the chic club orientated beach bars at the far end, famous for their sun drenched soundtracks and beautiful clientele. Further inspection behind the beach reveals another world of possibilities such as nature walks, cycling, trekking and sheer enjoyment of these idyllic surroundings. If you want to explore further afield, then Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza Town with their world-class restaurants, nightclubs, bars and beached are all only a mere 10-minute drive past the island’s iconic salt flats. You’ll also find Ibiza airport within a 15 minute drive.
If you want to take a break from the local beach bars, then the on site restaurant, Marisquería Salinas fuses genuine Spanish cuisine with honest prices. The head chef Miguel Casal Tojo hails from Galicia on Spain’s Atlantic coast, famous for the finest of Spanish cuisine. His philosophy is simple; employ the very best of local produce prepared to order without fuss and let the flavours shine through. You’ll find succulent steaks grilled to perfection, traditional Galician octopus, fresh and light ceviche, wholesalt-baked or grilled local fish all gracing the menu as well as an array of garden-fresh salads and daily specials. The menu also has various options for vegetarians/vegans.
All guests stay at the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast buffet is kept simple yet fresh and provides the perfect start to your day on the island. A selection of freshly baked breads and pastries sit alongside cereals, cold cuts and hot dishes, satisfying every breakfast whim.
