As a part of W Ibiza, La Llama restaurant has opened its doors for breakfasts and dinners.
Celebrated chef Haim Cohen, creator of the hot La Llama menu, uses fire as a key element to craft inventive dishes packed with authentic flavour while focussing on local produce, select seafood and exclusive cuts of meat. La Llama promises to be the new meeting-point on the island.
Daytime and nighttime, lightness and darkness. La Llama is a place of contrast. Here we begin the day emerging from the darkness into the light to find our way in a new world. We celebrate sunrise as a time of rebirth and breakfast as an opportunity to reinvigorate and replenish.
As the sun goes down, we light up the flames and enter a moment of ceremony, gathering to celebrate life in an extraordinary dining experience as we eat, drink and dance to uplifting beats in a magnetic atmosphere.
The power of the fire inspires an encounter of old and new cooking techniques, from a traditional clay Taboon oven to a modern open flame grill. A flavourful experience designed for guests to share, or to keep all to themselves as the dj’s beats enliven the ambience.
Only the finest world-cuts of meat alongside an exclusive selection of seafood are prepared to diners’ taste, over the flames in their open kitchen. Our nomadic team has travelled the globe searching for the best world cuts of meat. Get a taste of local Galician Blond and Wagyu as well as Finnish Ayrshire among others. The intense aromas and rose buttery marbling will transport you to remote mountains and endless fields. Hot and earthy spices tantalize the taste buds.
We’re proud to have one of the largest wine cellars on the island including select international wines together with a list of mouthwatering cocktails will refresh the palate. La Llama is a temple of rich flavours and its hypnotic scenario will lure guests sensually from the table to the dancefloor. What awaits below is a secret…
